Description
So I’ve got this two-bedroom flat in Luton, Borough of Lut- I moved here a few months ago and actually ended up liking it a lot. It’s on the first floor of a block, not fancy but solid, and it’s right next to a few local shops and the bus stops. The layout is open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, a decent bathroom, and a utility room. It’s fully furnished – kitchen is fully fitted, laminate floors, double glazing, gas central heating. I’ve been living here for a while now and it’s been pretty comfortable, especially since the heating works well and it’s not too noisy. There’s residents’ parking too, which is a real plus. I’ve actually got it on the same side of the road as a few cafes and a pharmacy, so it’s not too far from what you’d need. I’m not selling it, just letting it go in case someone else is looking for something similar. It’s not a luxury place, but it’s been working out well for me. If you're in the area and thinking of moving, I can point you in the right direction. EPC rating is C, council tax band B – not the highest, but it’s manageable. Price is £9 – not much, just a quick note in case you’re budgeting.
