Description

Honestly, this bike is a bit of a treasure. It’s a genuine Paul Donohue road bike, built in England, and I’ve never even ridden it — it’s just been sitting in a storage shed for years. Came from a collection of former national-level cyclists, and the guy who built it had to stop riding because of injuries, so it never saw the road.

The frame is solid, lightweight steel — you feel every twist and turn, and it’s built to handle hills and long rides without losing grip. Wheels are alloy, so they spin fast and don’t wobble. The groupset is Shimano 105, which is top-tier, and the factory paint job alone would cost over £400.

It’s not just for commuting — it’s built for serious riding. I’ve got a 5’7” to 6’1” frame in mind, so it’ll fit most people with a normal stance. Bottom bracket is sealed, bearings are buttery smooth, brakes respond instantly — it’s got real control.

I’ve been using it as a daily ride for my commute to and from work in Barton-upon-Humber, North Lincolnshire, and it’s held up great. I don’t know if it’s the most expensive bike I’ve ever owned, but it’s definitely one of the best I’ve seen.

I’m not selling it for a lot — it’s actually £450 — but it’s been sitting here too long. If you’re into bikes, or just want something solid and well-made, this one’s worth a look.

Let me know if you’d like to come see it or take a test ride. I’ve got a few other premium road bikes too — Bianchi, Cervelo, Colnago, Trek, Specialized, and a few others — all in original spec, no swaps, no cuts.

No need to rush — just give me a shout. I’ll meet you at a time that works.

P.S. I live in Barton-upon-Humber, so no long drives needed. 🚴‍♂️ 🏙️ 🌄 🚶‍♂️
