This PEUGEOT Athena road bike is one of those rare finds — originally built with top-tier Reynolds 653 tubing, which is what makes it stand out. It’s got the full Shimano 600 groupset, which is actually a real deal — not just a copy, but the original setup, and it’s still in near-pristine condition. I’ve only used it a handful of times, mostly for short rides around the area. Every nut and bolt has been cleaned and lubed, and it runs like it’s been tuned to perfection.

The frame is solid, the wheels are Weinmann rims, and it comes with the original seat post and paddles. The 14-speed index system is still sharp, and the whole thing feels tight and responsive. If you’re between 5'7" and 6'1", this will fit you like a glove — though it’s actually a bit roomier than most, so even someone shorter than that might feel comfortable.

I’ve kept it completely original — no swaps, no cheap parts. Everything’s as it came from the factory. The groupset alone is worth over £400, so this isn’t just a basic bike — it’s a proper piece of kit.
