Hey, I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in a quiet, tidy 3-bed flat in Omagh, Fermanagh and Omagh District. The place is bright, well-lit, and feels really calm — it’s in a peaceful residential area with a bit of green space nearby.

We’ve got two other people living here — both in their early 30s, work full-time, and have pretty busy schedules. So the house vibe is relaxed, independent, but still friendly and easygoing.

The room is a furnished double with its own en suite bathroom. It’s got a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, and a double bed. You get direct access to the garden — it’s a nice, sunny spot, perfect for a quiet afternoon.

The flat has three bedrooms, all with en suites, an open-plan kitchen and living area, a balcony that leads to a private garden, and a dishwasher and washing machine. There’s also a garage (currently used for storage) and a private parking space if you need one.

It’s a 3-minute walk to The Malago bus stop and about 10 minutes to East St — good for getting around without a car.

Monthly rent is £600, and we cover most bills — council tax (Band D) is not included.

We’re looking for someone who’s professional, clean, and independent — no students, no couples, no pets. Smokers are fine, but we prefer non-smokers. Age range is 28–34.
