So, I’ve been keeping this car for about six years now — it’s been my main daily driver, and honestly, it’s never let me down. It’s a 1.6 petrol Vauxhall Astra Design, one of those economy models that just gets the job done. Only 76k miles from new, and I’ve kept it well looked after.

I’ve had it serviced every 14,000 miles or so — full service history, with 14 service stamps to prove it. The last one was in February 2025, and everything’s been done properly. It’s ULEZ compliant, so no issues driving through town — that’s a big plus for me.

Inside, it’s got half-leather seats with lumbar support, piano black dashboard, climate control, aircon, cruise control, trip computer, CD, aux, MP3, and all the auto features — lights, wipers, everything works smoothly. Steering wheel is leather, multiple functions, and it’s got ISOFIX ready. Alloy wheels too.

The car’s been in one family since new, so it’s been well-maintained. No dents, just a bit of faded lacquer — I know, not perfect, but it’s not a big deal. Seats and carpets are as new.

It’s got a MOT from December, no advisories, and the tyres are fresh. Insurance is low, and it’s super reliable. I’ve never needed to do a major repair, and it drives really smoothly.

I’m moving to South Ockendon, Thurrock, so I’m looking to part with it. It’s been a solid companion over the years, and I think it’ll be great for someone who wants a practical, low-maintenance car.
