I’ve had this 2016 Audi A1 S Line Sportback for a few years now — it’s been my daily driver for most of that time, and I’m finally ready to part with it. It’s Floret Silver, which I’ve always loved — looks sharp and doesn’t clash with anything in the garden.

The 1.4L TFSI engine with Cylinder on Demand is pretty quick for a small hatch, and the 6-speed manual gives you a real connection to the road. The S Line styling is noticeable — 17-inch alloy wheels, that platinum grey rear diffuser, and the roof spoiler make it stand out without looking too flashy.

Inside, it’s got those embossed S Line front seats, leather steering wheel, and black cloth headlining. The lights are clean — xenon headlights with LED DRLs, LED tail lights, and headlight washers. I’ve never had a problem with visibility, especially at night thanks to the high-beam assist.

I use cruise control a lot on the long drives, and the USB and Bluetooth setup keeps me connected. The rear parking sensors are a lifesaver when I’m parking in tight spots. It’s got everything you’d expect from an Audi — aircon, ESP, six airbags, tyre pressure monitoring, ISOFIX, and even a secondary collision brake assist.

I’ve had it serviced regularly, and the tuning is spot-on. The car’s been well looked after, and I’ve only had minor wear and tear — no major issues.
