Looking for a room or studio flat to rent

Hey, just wanted to share that I’m moving to Blackwood, Caerphilly County Borough in August 2025 with my girlfriend. We’re both over 40, no pets or kids, and we’re clean and respectful—no smoking either.

We’re looking for a bedroom with an en-suite or shared bathroom, or a small studio flat. My job starts on the 26th of August, so we’d ideally like to move in by the 22nd or 23rd—same day.

We’re flexible with rent, happy to pay weekly or every two weeks, up to £145 a week. She’s studying self-sponsored, so we’re both committed to making it work.

If you know of anything around the area that might fit, I’d really appreciate a quick chat. No pressure, just looking for something that works for both of us. Let me know if you’ve got anything in mind!
