I used this about three times, and it’s been working great every time. The handle had a small issue that Kärcher fixed — I got it back and it was all sorted. But when I checked it, I noticed they’d missed a few spots where the bubblewrap had been removed, and there were some little cuts on the handle and water tank. Not a big deal for how it works, but I ended up going with a different one. So I’m letting it go now. It’s still in the box with all the bits and bobs, and I’ve already cleaned the washable rollers — they’re spotless and ready to go. It’s from Knowle-Solihull, Metropolitan Borough of Solihull.
