2020 Ford Transit Custom 2.0 EcoBlue 185ps Low Roof Sport Van Diesel Manual
Description
I’ve had this Ford Transit Custom for a few years now, and it’s been a real workhorse — both for my business and just having around. It’s a 2.0 EcoBlue diesel with 185ps, manual transmission, and that low roof sport van style — definitely stands out when parked. It’s got a bunch of handy bits: auto headlamps with rain-sensing wipers, cruise control, Eco Mode, and a full driver info screen. The lights are halogen projectors with LED daytime running lights and front fog lights that adapt to cornering. I like the 18-inch 5x2 spoke alloy wheels — they match the body colour and give it a nice sporty look.
Inside, it’s got a nice driver’s seat with 8-way adjustment and armrest, power windows (one-touch for the driver), heated mirrors, and a quickclear heated windscreen. There’s also a rear view camera with trailer hitch assist, lane keep alert, parking sensors, and a trip computer. The load area is solid — steel bulkhead, easy-clean floor, tie-down loops, and a glovebox with a lock.
Safety-wise, it’s got ABS, EBA, ESC, hill start assist, traction control, and a Thatcham Category 1 alarm. The engine has a heavy-duty alternator and a water-in-fuel filter sensor — just in case.
I’ve kept it well maintained and the paperwork is all in order. It’s currently in Bingley, Bradford. The price is £14,310 — that’s a fair bit below what it was when I first bought it, and it’s still running strong.
I’m not selling it to the market — just letting it go because I’ve moved on to something else. If you’re looking for a reliable, well-equipped van with a solid history, this one’s been through a lot and still runs great. No fancy marketing, just a real van with real use.
