This is the old Scalextric Moto GP set I had on display for years — Valentino Rossi versus Nicky Hayden racing head-to-head. It's from 2005/6, the same year Hayden won the championship. The track was never actually used much — just set up behind a glass display stand, like a museum piece. I kept it in a good spot for years, still looks pretty much as it did when I got it. It's now sitting in my shed in Jedburgh, Scottish Borders. I’m parting with it because I’ve moved on to something else, and it’s just taking up space. It’s not in great working order, but it’s a solid piece of retro racing history — and the only one I ever had. If you’re into vintage kits or just curious about the 2006 MotoGP season, it’s a nice little memory piece. Price is £72, but I’m not going to talk about it much — just thought I’d share it.Seller Information
