1989 G-reg Yamaha XT350 4 Stroke red and white trail bike

Description

Got this 1989 G-reg Yamaha XT350 4-stroke sitting in my garage in Uppingham, Rutland — it’s been properly cared for and still runs smoothly. The paint is original red and white, which I’ve kept just as it came out of the factory. Mileage is believed to be genuine at around 12,000, and the last owner knows a lot about the bike’s history, so it’s a solid, honest piece.

It’s got all its previous MOT certificates, the original owner’s manual, and a clean 12-month MOT with no advisories — so it’s been well looked after. The only thing that’s been changed is the rear silencer, which is a bit of a practical tweak, but otherwise it’s a very original, un-restored machine. Easy to start, reliable, and still feels like it’s got a bit of soul.

I’ve only ridden it a few times in the past few years — mostly for weekend rides and trail sessions — and it’s always been a pleasure to get on. I’m not looking to sell it for a quick cash grab — it’s just that I’ve decided to move on and I’m happy to part with it.

It comes with the V5 and a 30-day mechanical warranty from me personally.

The shop I’m running things from — Broadfield Motor Company — has been around since 1972, started by my dad Anthony, who worked in the car trade for decades. He passed it on to his son Christopher, who’s now running things. We’ve always had a bit of a focus on Italian performance cars, and we’ve grown into a full service and repair shop too — just about 5 miles away.
