2013 Mercedes-Benz A-Class 1.6 Sport Hatches

So I’ve been keeping this car for a few years now — it’s a 2013 A-Class 1.6 A180 Sport, Euro 6, manual, five-door hatchback. Got it in Retford, Bassetlaw, and I’ve just been doing some maintenance checks recently. The MOT runs until January 2026, and I had a proper service in August 2025 at 54,072 miles. That’s not bad for its age — actually, it’s been driven way less than most of its kind.

I’ve done eight services total — five of them at a Mercedes main dealer, which gives it a solid history. The other three were at independent garages, so it’s not just factory work, but still well looked after.

It’s got the Light and Sight package, which includes automatic headlights — super handy when you’re driving in the mornings or dark roads. Air conditioning, Bluetooth, and ESP are all there too. The boot space is decent, and it’s got a low insurance group, which means cheaper premiums.

I’ve also tested it — 0-62 in about 9.2 seconds, which is actually quicker than a lot of cars in this class. Not flashy, but it pulls its weight. I’m not selling it for a lot — it’s just that I’ve decided to move on and it’s time to let it go. I’ve had it for a long time, and it’s been reliable.

If you’re looking for a practical, low-maintenance car with decent tech and good safety features, this one might fit. Just don’t expect it to be a luxury ride — it’s more of a solid, sensible car.
