Got this old Ford Mondeo 2012 2.0 TDCi Zetec sitting in my garage in Heathfield, Wealden, and I’m finally getting rid of it. It’s been well looked after with full service history — only had two owners, so it’s been fairly low mileage and quiet. Six-speed manual, which I still feel comfortable with — engine and gearbox are both solid, no issues at all.

I’ve driven it quite a bit, up to about 60,000 miles, and it’s been steady, averaging around 57 mpg. VOSA and HPI checks both came back clean, so it’s not been a problem in that regard. Comes with cruise control, multifunction steering, CD player, electric windows, wing mirrors, remote central locking (two keys), air conditioning that’s been known to get cold, and a full alarm with immobiliser. Power steering and ABS are all there — plus multiple airbags, including pretensioners.

The bodywork has a few marks, most noticeable on the passenger side, and the driver’s seat has a bit of sag — not bad, just something you’d notice if you sat in it for a while.
