Got this little Toyota Auris back in 2016, and it’s been my daily driver for years — still runs smooth, keeps me happy, and I’ve never had to spend much on servicing. It’s got all the good bits: satellite nav, reversing camera, front heated seats, part leather seats, DAB radio, keyless start, Bluetooth, 17-inch alloy wheels, cruise control, automatic lights and wipers. The touchscreen is handy, and I’ve got climate control, driver height adjustable seat, and a fuel computer for easy monitoring.

It’s a hybrid, Euro 6 spec with Safety Sense — which helps with parking and lane keeping, so it’s been a real help on the roads. I’ve kept it well looked after, and there’s a solid service history. The rear loadcover is useful for trips, and it’s got all the safety bits — airbags, pretensioners, electric windows, mirrors, fog lights, and central locking.

I’m moving to Lyndhurst, New Forest, and it’s just sitting in the garage now. I’m not selling it because I don’t need it, but I’ve got a few extra miles on it and I’m thinking of selling it to someone who’ll appreciate the practicality and reliability.
