Honda CB GLR 125 2015 Project Bike – Non Running
Description
So, I’ve got this 2015 Honda CB GLR 125 sitting in my garage in Verwood, Dorset. It’s been a project bike for a while now — not running, and honestly, not really meant to be ridden anytime soon.It tried to start once, but gave up with a big knock from the engine. No keys, no MOT — expired April 2025 — and the fork seals are weeping, so that’s not ideal. The brakes are fine, tyres are both still okay, and the paint has some scuffs and faded spots, especially on the exhaust. The right indicator’s snapped, and a few panels are dented or damaged.
HPI is clear, V5 is there, and it’s had six different owners since new. I’ve been looking at it for a while now, and it’s just a solid base for someone who’s into working on bikes. If you’re up for a bit of a build, it’s got all the parts and spares on board — just needs a bit of work.
I don’t expect it to run, and I’m not selling it as a ready-to-ride machine. If you’re serious about getting into bike mechanics and want something with real potential, this might be worth a look.
Photos are everything here — I’ve taken loads, so if you’re thinking about buying, take your time and go through them properly.
I’ve had it for a few years now, and it’s been sitting in the garage with a bit of dust and some wear, but it’s still got a lot of usable parts.
If you’re interested, just give me a call or message — I’ll send over a quote for delivery across the country. No price in the title, just the facts.
I’m not a dealer, I’m just a guy who’s been riding and fixing bikes for years — so if it’s not for you, that’s fine. But if you’re up for the challenge of a project, I’d be happy to chat.
No warranty, no guarantees — it’s what it is. But if you’re patient and have the skills, it could end up being a real good project.
Let me know if you’ve got any questions. I’ll answer them — just don’t assume it’s ready to go. It’s not.
