I’m parting with my 2015 Ford Ka – it’s been a solid little driver for years, and I’ve actually loved how it handles in the city. I’ve got the 1.2 Zetec with a manual gearbox, and it’s been properly serviced four times (last one at 39k), so I know it’s been looked after.

It’s got a bit of character – moonlight metallic paint, 16-inch alloy wheels, and a fairly funky interior. The seats are comfortable, and there’s a lot of practical extras: MP3, iPhone, iPod, USB, and aux ports, plus Bluetooth. The CD player works with MP3s too, so you can play your tunes without hassle.

Inside, it’s got air conditioning, heated windscreen with demisting, tinted glass, front electric windows, rear privacy glass, and a leather-covered steering wheel. The rear parking sensors are handy – especially when parking in tight spots.

It’s Euro 5 compliant, so it’ll get you through low emission zones without any trouble. Also has front fog lights, engine start/stop tech, electric hill holder, and tyre pressure monitoring – all the little things that make driving smoother. First registration was September 2015.

I bought it new and kept it in good shape, and it’s been a real joy on daily commutes and weekend trips around Petworth, Chichester. I’m not selling it for a lot of money – it’s just a car I’ve used and loved.

I’ve had it checked with a full mot and safety inspection, and it’s RAC-approved. The factory extras add up to about £595 worth of features, which is nice to have.
