Got this IKEA Friheten corner sofa bed from my old place in Crowborough, Wealden — it’s been a real life-saver for my little flat. The dark grey Skiftebo one’s a bit worn in a few spots from years of use, but it’s still super comfy whether you’re sitting on it or turning it into a bed. Just pop out the back cushions and slide the underframe out, and it becomes a proper double bed — no hassle. There’s storage under the chaise longue too, which I’ve actually used a few times for blankets or books. The lid stays open so you can just grab stuff in and out without fumbling. I’ve moved the chaise longue left or right depending on what I’m doing — it’s super flexible. It’s not perfect, sure, a bit of scuffing from daily use, but it works well.
