6-Berth Kensington Delta 38ft 2008

So, I’ve been keeping this one in the family for a while now — it’s a 38ft Kensington Delta from 2008, six berths, and it’s been properly sorted out. It’s in great shape, recently refurbished inside and out.

The interior’s clean and tidy — fixed double bed, two singles, and a pull-out bed at the front. Kitchen’s fully fitted, modern, and everything’s in place. All the beds have new mattresses, less than 7 months old, and mattress protectors too.

The wrap-around decking is brand new — less than 9 months ago — with new stairs, lockable gate, and fresh skirt around the edge. There’s also new outdoor lighting on the posts. Underneath the caravan, it’s been insulated just a few months back.

I’ve got USB sockets in the bedrooms, a central heating system, gas cooker, oven, extractor fan, and a brand-new splash-back microwave. There’s a gas fire too, and all the basics — showers, sinks, toilets — are spotless. Everything’s been cleaned and organised, so it’s basically turn-key.

It’s on a site in Prestonpans, East Lothian — quiet spot, just 20 minutes’ walk to the beach. Neighbours are friendly, both sides and back, and it’s a real community feel.

The site’s still open until November 2025, then it reopens in March 2026. I’ve got 8 club passes for Tropicana, indoor pool access, and discounts on local pubs, restaurants, and activities — saves around £5,000 a year. There’s a heated pool, arcade, crazy golf, kids club, shops, and even a tennis court on site.

Gas check is done by the 30th of August, and I’m waiting on the electric check (both around £77–78). No site fees for the remainder of the season — I’ll stay on the same site, and I’ve got a full pass for the club.

I’m thinking of selling it straight away, but if you're interested, I’m open to offers. I’ve got a bit of a change-over fee — around £3,200 — if it’s going to be moved.
