2022 Volkswagen Golf 1.5 TSI Life 5-door Hatchback Petrol Manual
Description
I’ve had this 2022 Golf TSI Life for a couple of years now, and it’s been a solid daily driver. It’s a Euro 6 model with a punchy 1.5-litre petrol engine – not too flashy, but plenty of responsiveness. The Life trim gives you a good mix of features without going overboard: built-in sat nav, Bluetooth, park assist with pilot, adaptive cruise control, ambient lighting, and a few other bits that make driving more comfortable.Fuel economy’s pretty good at 52 mpg – I’ve never had to worry about filling up too often on long trips. It gets from 0 to 62 in about 9.2 seconds, which isn’t a race car, but it’s definitely quick enough for city driving and short runs. CO2 emissions are low, which I’ve appreciated since I’m trying to keep my carbon footprint down.
The boot’s generous too – I’ve got a full-size suitcase, a couple of gym bags, and a big box of winter gear, and it all fits without a problem. It’s got cruise control, ESP, safety belt pretensioners, and a decent safety profile overall.
It’s currently parked on the island of Benbecula, A865 – I’ve just moved there and it’s been a great place to keep it. The car’s been well looked after, and I’ve done regular servicing. I’m not selling it just to offload – I’ve actually been using it a lot, and it’s held up well.
If you’re looking for a reliable, practical hatchback with solid tech and decent efficiency, this one’s a solid choice. I’m happy to take a trade-in or even buy back if you’re interested – just let me know.
The asking price is £14,310, but I’m not going to say it in the title – it’s just part of the conversation. If you’d like to see it in person or chat more, I’m more than happy to arrange a view.
