Got this old oil painting from the 70s, signed by the artist, and it’s a proper landscape — quite detailed and has a real, lived-in feel. The frame is solid, and it’s been a bit of a character over the years with normal wear, which actually gives it more charm. I’ve had it in my place for a while now and it’s just been sitting there, looking great in a sunny corner. Photos show it better — definitely stands out. It’s about 50–60cm tall, and the framed version is roughly 60–70cm wide. It’s one of those pieces that just feels like it belongs in a certain room, somewhere with a bit of warmth and history. I’m moving to Middlewich, Cheshire East, so I’m passing it on — it’s been in my family for a while now and I just thought someone might appreciate it.
