Description
These two half crowns are from 1948 and 1950, pre-decimal UK coins. I found them tucked away in an old tin, so they’ve been stored fairly well. They’re in good condition overall, though like most coins from that era, there’s some wear due to age and handling. I only just noticed them recently, so they’re not a fancy collection piece — just two old coins I didn’t know I had. From Yeadon, Leeds.
