So, I’ve been living in this place in Heswall, Wirral for the past few years and honestly, it’s been a solid home — quiet, clean, and just the right size for a couple who work from home and like to host guests.

It’s a semi-detached, three-bedroom property with a 1.5 bathroom — all rooms are bright and modern, with stylish shutters that help with privacy and light control. The master bedroom has a small balcony and a separate window that lets in loads of daylight, plus good storage. The second bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a full-length mirror, and there’s room for a double bed and bedside tables. The third bedroom can easily be turned into a home office with a desk — or if you want, you could fit a queen-sized bed and a bedside table too.

The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a handy peninsula with a single-seater stool. There’s also a deep freezer and extra storage in a pantry right at the front of the kitchen.

Parking is easy — there’s a private spot in front of the garage and plenty of space on the road. The garden’s tidy, with some plants and furniture, and there’s storage in the loft and a separate garage.

It’s fully furnished — three TVs, two beds (one with a Casper king-size mattress), sofa, dining table, and all the kitchen gear including Samsung and Swan appliances. I’ve even got a smart home system with hive heating. Everything’s set up and ready to move into — no prep needed.

I’ve lived overseas for a few years, so I’m not around much, but I’m always reachable if something comes up. I pay rent on time, no upfront fees, and I’ve got emergency cover if anything goes wrong.

That said, it’s not really suited to families or more than two people long-term. No students, no smoking, and pets are possible with a bit of discussion. Bills aren’t included, and it’s not ideal for kids or long-term family use.

I’m moving out in August 2025, so if you’re looking for a clean, well-maintained, quiet place that’s just about right for a couple — this might be it.
