Got this Polin single deck oven from a local bakery I used for a few years, mostly for bread and pastries. It’s been well looked after, runs smoothly, and still looks nearly new. Comes with the stand and trays if you want them, or I can part with just the oven. Used in a small commercial kitchen, so it’s handled a bit more than a home oven.
