Description
So, I’ve had this Golf since new and it’s been a real joy to drive. It’s the 2.0 TSI BlueMotion version, one of the earlier ones with the DSG gearbox and all the tech bits – Euro 6 compliant, so no issues with the ULEZ. I kept it properly, every year it got a service, even when the mileage didn’t jump much. All done by the main VW agent, so it’s been looked after properly.It’s got a panoramic sunroof, tartan sport seats, navigation, DAB, Bluetooth, phone connectivity, park pilot, and a multi-function steering wheel with paddle shift. The 18-inch diamond-cut Monza alloy wheels are still in great shape. I’ve got digital climate control, adaptive cruise, DCC driving modes, electric tinted windows, power fold mirrors, and traction control.
It’s been a solid driver, not flashy but gets the job done. I’m moving to Roslin, Midlothian now, so it’s not going to be on the road much for a while. I’ve had it for over ten years and it’s still running well. Price’s about £11,695 – not asking much, honestly. Just a car I’ve loved and cared for, and I’m happy to part with it.
