2018 Ford Kuga 1.5 TDCi ST-Line X 5-door Auto Diesel
Description
So, I’ve been keeping this car for a while now — it’s my go-to for daily drives, family trips, and even weekend getaways. It’s a 2018 Ford Kuga ST-Line X with the 1.5 TDCi diesel engine, which runs smooth and gets around 59 mpg — honestly, that’s one of the best fuel economies I’ve seen in a family hatchback.I bought it new, and it’s been well looked after. I’ve had it serviced regularly, and it’s passed a full AA inspection — that’s a big deal for me because I don’t want anything to go wrong down the line. The car has a solid service history and I’ve kept it clean and maintained, so it’s still running like it did when I first got it.
The ST-Line styling gives it a bit of edge — black 19-inch alloy wheels, a black roof rail, and those nice contrast stitching floor mats. The seats are comfy, especially with the heated seats — I’ve used them in winter, and it makes a real difference. The driver’s seat has 10-way adjustment, and the passenger seat has lumbar support too.
I love the tech — Ford Sync3 with 8-inch touchscreen, USB, voice control, and even a DAB navigation system. The parking sensors (both front and rear) are a godsend when I’m trying to park in tight spaces. The automatic headlights and rain-sensing wipers work great, and the rear-view mirror auto-dims too.
It’s got everything you’d want in a practical, reliable hatchback — electric windows, cruise control, parking assist, ESP, and even a hands-free power tailgate with keyless start. The spare wheel is tucked in the boot, and there’s a full-size spare in the boot too.
I’ve had a few extras on it — like the heated windscreen with heated wipers and the leather steering wheel — and it’s all been worth it. I’m not selling it because I need to, but I just moved to Holywell, Flintshire, and I’m downsizing a bit.
It’s not cheap — I’m thinking £7,645 — but I’m happy with what I’ve got. I’ve also got a few more cars to choose from, and I’m open 7 days a week if you’d like to see it.
If you’re thinking about a reliable, low-maintenance car that doesn’t break the bank, this one’s been a solid fit for me. I’d be happy to chat if you’re interested — just give me a shout.
P.S. I’ve checked the oil, coolant, and tyres — all good. I’d suggest checking those yourself before you drive it, just in case. And if you’re going abroad, maybe get breakdown cover — nothing beats being able to just drive off and not worry.
