Got this one from Rosso Performance in isle-of-rum, Kinloch — it’s a 2020 BMW 3 Series M340i xDrive, finished in blue with black Vernasca leather. It’s a proper M-spec car with a lot of nice touches: Shadow Line Plus pack, quad exhaust, gloss black grille, 19-inch M Jet Black alloys, and full M kit. Inside, it’s got sport seats, ambient lighting, welcome light carpet, and a nice iDrive setup with Bluetooth, USB, and DAB radio.

The car has all the smart bits — adaptive suspension, active guard, cruise control with brake function, parking sensors, rain-sensing lights, and even a rear-view camera. It’s got full privacy glass and acoustic glazing too. I know it’s not the cheapest car on the market, it’s priced at £26,545.50 — but it’s been well looked after and comes with a solid warranty through WarrantyWise, which I found reassuring.

They’re a private showroom just off the M62, and they’ve been around for a while — deal with Mercedes, BMW, Audi, and a few others. They only show by appointment, so you’ll need to get in touch. I’ve seen it in person and it’s solid, clean, and feels like it’s been driven well but not overdone.
