Got this old York commercial dumbbell rack and set sitting in my garage in Dunoon, Argyll and Bute. It’s a solid 3-tier rack, and the cast iron dumbbells go from 5kg up to 30kg in 2.5kg steps — so you’ve got 2 of each 30kg, 27.5kg, 25kg, 22.5kg, 20kg, 17.5kg, 15kg, 12.5kg, 10kg, 7.5kg and 5kg. The set’s been in the family for years, used it a lot when I was doing home workouts, and honestly, still holds up. The rack’s sturdy, the weights are heavy and well-made, and I’m not really using it much now — just thought someone might find it useful. Price is £522, but I’m not selling it to anyone who doesn’t actually know how to handle cast iron dumbbells. Just a real piece of fitness gear, not a fancy showpiece.
