Lebus mid century teak display cabinet with sliding glass doors
Description
This Lebus bookcase is from the 1960s, made by British craftsmen — you’ll see the original maker’s label on the side. It’s solid teak, with those classic atomic-style legs that were popular back then. The cabinet has five shelves — three in the main section and two in the smaller cabinet on the right. The sliding glass doors are smooth and work perfectly, and the top two shelves in the main part are adjustable and can be taken out if you want to change things up.It’s in great shape overall, just a few tiny dings and marks you’d expect from a piece this old — nothing major. It’s a real piece of mid century style, and I’ve kept it well over the years.
I’ve got it at home in Beaumaris, Castle Street — just pop by if you’re local, or I can arrange a small delivery fee for nearby areas. If you're further away and want a quote for a courier, just let me know.
It’s not flashy, but it’s solid, stylish, and actually works well for storing books or display items — just how I’ve kept it myself.
