I’ve been keeping this Polo for a few years now, and it’s actually been really reliable. It’s a 2011 model, SE spec, 1.2 litre petrol, manual – nothing flashy, but it’s solid. The MOT’s valid until May 2026, which means I’ve had it properly looked after, and it’s got a full service history. Only had two owners from new, so it’s been fairly quiet in terms of ownership changes.I use it for daily commuting and it’s been a breeze to maintain. I’ve even got safety belt pretensioners, which I know is a bit of a niche thing, but it’s good to have that kind of safety detail.
