Got this Fisher metal detector from a local dig site in Lochgilphead – it’s been used a few times for small finds, mostly coins and old bits of scrap. Still works perfectly, battery’s fine, and the sensitivity’s spot on. I picked it up at a local swap event and haven’t needed to replace anything. It’s not fancy, just a solid, reliable tool for casual digging. I’m keeping it for myself but thought someone might find it useful if they’re into local history or just want to try out a detector.
