It’s a four-wheel drive hybrid with a 1.5L petrol-electric engine – meets Euro 6 standards – and actually goes from 0 to 62mph in just 7 seconds, which isn’t bad for a family SUV. Inside, there’s front and rear parking sensors, blind spot warning, and a wireless charging pad. The LED headlights and keyless entry (with walk-away lock) make it easy to get in and out of, especially when you’ve got kids or a lot of stuff in the boot.

The boot space is decent – more than enough for groceries, a bike, or a stroller – and it’s just about the most practical SUV I’ve driven. I’ve used it for everything from weekend trips to just getting around the local area.
