Description

So I’ve been keeping this one for a while now — it’s a 2016 Kadjar, diesel, 1.5 dCi, Dynamique trim with navigation, five doors, and EDC. It’s not flashy, but it’s solid. I bought it second-hand back in 2018 and it’s seen a fair bit of use — mostly local driving, a bit of countryside, not much off-road.

The wheels are 17-inch Athena alloys, and there’s chrome detailing around the body, window surrounds, and door handles. Everything’s mostly body-coloured except the wheels and trim. All windows are electric — front and rear — and the rear has extra tinted ones too. There’s a heated rear windscreen, which I’ve used a few times in the winter.

Inside, it’s got climate control with dual zones, automatic air recirculation, and a 7-inch digital screen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The radio is a DAB/Bluetooth/USB setup with Arkamys 3D sound — not the most fancy, but it plays well. The screen has a fleet management feature too, which I never used, but it’s there.

Safety-wise, it’s got a full suite: ABS with EBD and emergency brake assist, ESP with ASR and UCL, airbags on both front seats (including two-stage adaptive for the driver and front passenger), front and rear curtain airbags, side impact bars, and a hands-free keycard system. There’s also an alarm, immobiliser, and a Renault anti-intruder device.

I’ve had it for over five years, and it’s been regularly serviced. The only thing I’d say is that the rear seats are 60-40 split and fold, and the seats have height adjustments — especially the front ones. The driver’s seat has lumbar support, and the front headrests are fully adjustable.

There’s a lot of little touches: glovebox light, courtesy lights that turn on when you open any door, a daylight-nightlight mirror, pollen filter, gravel and dust kits, and even a tyre inflation kit. The trunk has multi-position floor and illumination.

I’m moving to Dalgety-Bay, A921, and it’s just about time I let it go. It’s not the newest, but it’s reliable, comfortable, and has plenty of room. I’ve driven it through a few different weather conditions, and it handles well.

It’s worth noting it’s been insured and meets category 1 safety standards — nothing’s been major, and I’ve kept it well-maintained. I’m selling it because I’ve found a new car to suit my needs.

Price is £6,295.50 — fair, but I’m not going to say it in the title. Just thought I’d share it in case anyone’s looking for something practical with good tech and solid safety.

If you’re in the area or nearby, I’m happy to show it around. No pressure — just a car I’ve used, kept, and now want to part with.
