2010 Ford Fiesta 1.6 TDCi Zetec S Hatchback 3dr Diesel Manual
Description
I’m selling my 2010 Ford Fiesta 1.6 TDCi Zetec S hatchback – it’s been a solid daily driver for years, and I’ve just decided to hand it over. It’s a diesel, so it’s been pretty reliable on the road, especially for the kind of journeys I’ve been doing – city commutes, weekend trips, you name it.It’s got a manual gearbox, which I still love – gives you that direct connection to the road. The 1.6L engine isn’t flashy, but it’s smooth and gets great mileage. I’ve had it serviced 12 times, 11 of them at a Ford main dealer – last one was at 49,608 miles. That’s a good sign, and the service records are all there.
I’ve kept it simple: alloy wheels (16-inch), aircon, front seats with airbags, ABS, EBD, sports suspension, and a decent radio with MP3 and aux input. The steering is power-assisted, the windows are power-adjusted, and there’s a spare key too. I even had a quick clear check – HPI clean, no red flags.
It’s not the most flashy car, but it’s reliable, practical, and handles well. Fuel economy’s around 67mpg, CO2 at 110g/km – so it’s fairly low impact, and road tax is only £20 a year. That’s a real saving over most used cars.
I’m based in Alford-Aberdeenshire, so it’s a bit of a drive to get to, but I’m happy to arrange a view or a drive if you’re interested. I’ve had it for a while now, and I’ve just decided to move on.
It’s a bit of a stretch from where I live, but I’m not pushing it – just passing it on. If you’re looking for something solid, low-maintenance, and easy to drive, this might be it.
No pressure, no sales pitch – just a real, honest share of a car I’ve used every day.
If you’d like to see it, just give me a call. I’ll sort a time that works for you.
Price is £4,941 – I’m not asking much, just getting it out of the way.
(And yes, I’ve had it through a proper inspection – everything’s in order.)
