2023 MG HS PHEV SE 5-door Hatchback
Description
So, I’ve been keeping this car for a few years now — it’s a 2023 MG HS PHEV SE, 5-door hatchback, and it’s been a real joy to drive. I bought it new through a MG-approved dealer, and it’s been properly maintained since then. It’s got a 10.1-inch touchscreen, 360-degree camera, adaptive cruise, lane keep assist, blind spot warning, and all the modern bits — Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, DAB, USB charging (four ports, two front, two back), and even a trip computer. The seats are comfy — leather-style upholstery, heated front seats, and a nice 60/40 foldable second row with a 2-stage incline. There’s a 3-seater bench in the back, plus three headrests and three-point seatbelts.
The tech side is solid — digital driver display, intelligent speed limit assist, traffic jam assist, and even rear cross-traffic alert. The mirrors are electric, heated, and foldable, and the headlights are LED with follow-me-home and automatic dimming. I’ve got a full set of safety features too — ESP, ABS, pedestrian detection, side curtain airbags, tyre pressure monitoring, and even a keyless entry and push-button start.
It’s got 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, a silver roof rail, and plenty of storage — like a front armrest with a drawer and 12V sockets. The car’s been well looked after, and I’ve kept it clean and in good shape.
I’m moving to Lancing, Adur, and since I’m not selling it to a dealer or a fleet, I’m just letting it go. It’s a bit of a long-term keeper, and I’m happy to part with it — especially since I’ve been using it for daily commutes and weekend trips.
The price is £15,921, which I know might seem high for some, but it’s what it’s worth after all the care and use.
If you’re interested, I’m happy to chat — no pressure, just a real person sharing a car they’ve actually used.
(Just a quick note: I’m based in Lancing, Adur now — if you’re local, I can arrange a view or even a quick drop-in if needed.)
