2024 Mazda MX-5 RF Convertible

I’ve had this Mazda MX-5 RF for a couple of years now, and it’s been one of my go-to cars for weekend drives and just enjoying the open road. It’s a bit of a hybrid between a classic roadster and a modern coupe — the hardtop drops down smoothly, and when it’s open, you just feel like you’re driving in a different dimension.

It’s got that sharp, clean design with a lot of curves that really stand out, and the interior is tidy — not flashy, but comfortable and well put together. The 2.0-litre Skyactiv-G engine gives it a lively feel without being too aggressive, and the handling is tight and responsive, especially on twisty roads. I’ve driven it in all sorts of weather, from sunny days to light rain, and it’s always been a pleasure to drive.

It’s got ESP, pretensioner belts, and some tuning bits — nothing fancy, just enough to keep it safe and feel sharp. I’ve kept it well-maintained, and it’s been mostly used for driving and occasional long trips.

It’s currently parked at home in Cobham, Elmbridge, and I’m looking to part ways with it after a few years of solid use. The mileage is low, and it’s been stored properly — just a clean, ready-to-drive car with a solid history.
