Got this old Halfords 5-speed racing bike from my dad’s shed – it’s a bit rough around the edges, frame shows some wear, and the gears are a bit stiff. Never really used much, just sat in the corner for years. I’m not restoring it myself, so it’s perfect as a starter project for someone who wants to get into bike maintenance. It’s in reydon, East Suffolk, and I’m keeping it as a bit of a family piece. If you're into bikes and want a solid, simple model to learn on, it’s a decent starting point.
