Got this 2005 VW Polo 1.4 TDI 5-door hatchback for a bit of a long-term project — it’s been in my family for years and has a real history behind it. Metallic black body with charcoal cloth trim, 5-speed manual, and it drives pretty smoothly. All the basics are there: electric windows, mirrors, climate control, CD player, aux input, alloy wheels, and ABS with safety belt pretensioners. The air conditioning’s been a bit low lately, so it’ll need a recharge — but nothing major. Brake pad light came on, but I’ve been told the pads are actually pretty fresh, so no worries there.I’ve had it in part exchange before and it’s been well looked after. Still looks solid and runs fine. I’m not selling it — just passing it on. I live in matson, Gloucester now, so if you’re local, I can pop it over for a quick chat or just a look. No offers, no haggling — it’s going to be my own car again.
