Set of 6 Goldpine Handmade Dining Chairs – Solid Pine, Real Leather
Description
I’ve had these Goldpine dining chairs for years — they were part of a classic dining set I built up over time. Made by Golden Cross Joinery in Sussex, each one’s a handcrafted piece, not something off the production line. Solid pine frames with a deep, rich finish and genuine leather seats — the leather’s in great shape, no tears or wear, just a few light scuffs on the wood that don’t really affect how they look or feel. I’ve actually touched up a few spots with varnish before, and they’ve held up well. They’re sturdy, comfortable, and go with almost any style — whether you're going for a traditional look or something modern. I’m not saying they’re perfect, but they’re solid, timeless, and honestly, a bit of a rare find when you’re looking for a full matching set.
I’m moving out of Ryton, Gateshead, and am looking to get rid of them before I pack them away. They’re currently in the back of my garage, so I can easily collect them from there — no hassle, just a quick drop-off. I’ve been thinking about selling them, and I’m happy to take a fair offer (around £805 is what I’m thinking, though I’m open to something reasonable).
They’ve been a real part of my home for years — I’ve sat in them, used them for meals, family dinners — so I’m not just selling them, I’m letting go of a piece of my setup. If you’ve ever wanted something that feels real and hand-made, these might just be it.
