Description

I’ve had this monitor for a few years now and it’s been my go-to for work and streaming. It’s definitely not perfect — a bit of scuffing on the stand and the screen has a few light marks, but they don’t really affect how it looks or performs. The 19-inch screen is a bit old-school now, but it still handles everything from browsing to video calls just fine.

It’s a Samsung S19C450MW with a 1440x900 resolution, 16:10 aspect ratio, and 5ms response time — not the fastest, but smooth enough for everyday use. The LED backlight and anti-glare finish help reduce eye strain, especially when you're working for long hours. I’ve used the built-in speakers a lot, and they’re decent for basic playback — not great for music, but good enough.

It has DVI and VGA ports, plus a line-in and line-out audio jack. The stand lets you tilt it, swivel it 90 degrees, and rotate it — which I’ve used to get the best angle for my desk setup. It also has a VESA mount, so if you’re into wall mounting, that’s covered.

I bought it new, and it’s been tested — works perfectly. I’m moving to Seaham, County Durham, so I’m just passing it on. It’s not a fancy setup, but it’s reliable and still functions well. If you're looking for something simple and sturdy that doesn’t break the bank, this one’s been a solid fit for me.

It’s sitting in a box with the power cable and a VGA to HDMI adapter — everything you need to get it up and running. Price is £31.50, so it’s a no-brainer if you're looking for a reliable monitor without the hassle of newer models.
