Description

Got this Golf back in 2012, bought it for just under £8k — still has a great spirit and drives smooth as silk. It’s a 1.4 TSI Sport with semi-auto and paddle shift, so you get the control without the hassle of a full stick. I’ve had it for nearly 12 years and it’s been through proper care — MOT passed in August 2026, no big issues, just regular upkeep.

The gearbox was completely rebuilt with a brand new flywheel, clutch, and gearbox — all done by a certified mechanic. The CarPlay screen is upgraded too, works with both Apple and Samsung, so no more fiddling with a phone to play music or get directions.

It’s a petrol engine, 1390cc, first registered 28/09/2012, mileage’s at 82,726 — not bad for a car this old. It’s a Japanese import, which gives it a bit of a different character, but it’s still reliable and easy to drive.

There’s a bit of minor wear on the exterior, mostly just the bits that get exposed to the elements — nothing major. Interior’s spotless, clean, and feels like it’s been well looked after.

I’m selling because I’m moving and just don’t need it anymore. It’s been a solid companion over the years, and I’m happy to hand it over to someone who’ll appreciate how it’s been kept in good shape.
