I’m selling my 2014 Volkswagen Polo Match Edition – it’s been a solid, reliable car for years and I’ve kept it well looked after. It’s a 3-door hatchback with a 1.2-litre petrol engine, manual gearbox, and Euro 5 compliance – runs smoothly and gets around 51.4 MPG on average.

I’ve had it for over 8 years now, and it’s been through regular servicing at 35k, 43k, 51k, and a few others – all with full records. The last service was at 56k, and it’s been properly maintained every time.

It’s got parking sensors, air conditioning, Bluetooth, USB and AUX, and a decent interior – the seats are easy to get into, and there’s good storage in the doors and boot. The alloy wheels are 15-inch castille, and it’s got all the safety bits: ABS, ASR, ESP, airbags (front, side, and head for the passenger), and a load of little touches like heated mirrors, a tilt steering column, and a dust and pollen filter.

It’s been fully MOT’d for 12 months and has full road tax – £165 per year. I’ve had it as a single keeper, and it’s got two keys. The body is reflex silver, and it’s got all the standard features like daytime running lights, fog lights, and a digital radio with MP3 support.

I’ve never had major issues, and it’s been a great daily driver. It’s not flashy, but it’s dependable and practical.

I’ve kept it in west-mersea, Colchester, and it’s been stored well – not a lot of wear and tear. It’s a real honest-to-goodness used car with a solid history, and I’m happy to give it a fair price – £5,400.
