I’ve had this Ford Focus for a couple of years now, and it’s been a real joy to drive — especially on the roads around Brora. It’s a 2020 ST-Line, so it’s got that sporty look without being too flashy, and the 1.0T EcoBoost engine runs smoothly with good fuel economy. I’ve only ever done short trips and local drives, so it’s still in great shape.

Inside, it’s got the SYNC system with an 8-inch screen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto — that means I can just plug in my phone and keep using it while driving. The automatic headlights are handy, and I like the manual AC, so I can control the temperature exactly how I want. The boot’s decent too — plenty of room for groceries or a weekend camping kit.
