2024 Volvo XC40 Ultra B4 Mild Hybrid SUV – Bright Finish
Description
So, I’ve been driving this 2024 Volvo XC40 Ultra B4 mild hybrid for a few months now, and honestly, it’s been a solid ride. It’s got that clean Scandinavian look—sharp lines, minimalist but stylish—and the Bright finish really stands out on the road.Only 12,440 miles on the clock, and it’s been through one previous owner. I’ve kept it well-maintained, and the service history is solid—full dealership-backed Volvo Approved service records, which means it’s been looked after properly.
Inside, it’s all about comfort. Heated front and rear seats, panoramic sunroof (so it’s bright in the morning and feels open in the evening), and the Harman Kardon sound system is actually good—no, really, I’ve been listening to podcasts and music on it and it’s been a real upgrade. The cabin is warm, the leather feels good, and there’s a nice driftwood trim and charcoal inserts that give it a bit of personality.
Tech side? Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, 360 camera, and Google Assistant and Maps included for four years. The adaptive cruise control and parking sensors make it easy to park in tight spots. I’ve used the Google Play Store feature a few times, and it’s been helpful.
Safety features are solid too—driver assistance, air-ventilated subwoofer, heated grill emblem, fog lamps, trailer lamp control, and even an air purifier and remote cabin pre-clean. I’ve used the cabin pre-clean feature a couple of times when I’m heading out in the morning—it’s actually nice.
It’s got 20” alloy wheels, a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic, climate control, cruise control, power mirrors, child locks, keyless entry with hands-free tailgate, and a mechanical release for the second row seat. The gear shift is smooth—Orrefors® crystal gear, which I’ve noticed gives it a bit of a premium feel.
I’ve had it through a full inspection by a Volvo-trained technician, and it’s part of the Volvo Selekt Approved Used scheme—so it comes with a 12-month warranty and roadside assistance. The car’s been properly checked, and it’s been kept in good shape.
I’m based in Matlock, Derbyshire Dales, and I’ve been thinking about selling it because I’m moving to a different area. I’m not looking for a quick buyer—just someone who’s genuinely interested in a well-maintained, tech-savvy Volvo. If you’ve been thinking about a reliable, modern SUV with good tech and a clean interior, this one might be worth a look.
I’ve kept it in good condition, and I’m happy with how it’s turned out. The price is £32,821.20—yes, that’s the figure, but I’m not going to stress about it. Just wanted to share it with people who might actually appreciate it.
Let me know if you’re interested—I’ll be around to talk through it. No pressure, just a solid car in a great place.
P.S. Mon Motors Group has been around since 1971 and runs a mix of brands including Volvo, Audi, Ford, and more. I’ve seen them handle a lot of cars, and they’ve done a great job keeping things honest and reliable. I just thought I’d share a bit of that background in case it helps.
