Description

So, I’ve been keeping this car for a few years now — it’s a 2017 Golf R MK7.5, Oryx White Pearl with black leather interior. It’s not just the colour — that paint really stands out, and the black seats are a bit of a rare find, especially with the heated Vienna Leather R embossed ones. I’ve never owned a car with such a full list of factory extras and mods, and honestly, it’s one of those you can only really appreciate once you actually drive it.

Low mileage, only a few owners, and it’s been through proper service history — every major one done by the main dealer and specialists. The last one was a full major service: spark plugs, Haldex, DSG, brake fluid, health check, and MOT — all done with no issues. Costed about £1,000 at the dealer, which I’d say is fair given the level of care.

It’s got a lot of the usual premium bits — virtual cockpit, Pro Navigation, Apple CarPlay, DAB, USB, Bluetooth, blue ambient lighting, driving modes (ECO, NORMAL, RACE, INDIVIDUAL), climate control, parking sensors, hill hold assist, and even split folding rear seats with Isofix. The 19-inch Pretoria alloys look sharp, and I’ve got a custom Overkill Performance cat-back exhaust — that’s a £2k upgrade, sounds massive when you’re driving down the road. There’s also a gloss black spoiler and auto LED headlights.

I’ve kept it well maintained, no major repairs needed, and it’s been treated like a daily driver. It’s not flashy, but it’s got real performance and feels solid under the hood. The only thing I’d say is, if you’re thinking about buying it, just know it’s been well looked after and not just sitting in a garage.

I’m based in Newtownards, Ards and North Down District Council now, so if you’re local or nearby, I’m happy to meet up or arrange a view. I’m not selling it just to get cash — I’ve actually been using it for a few years and it’s been a great daily driver.

I’ve also got the full paperwork, both keys, manuals, and everything else. If you're interested, I’m happy to share the full service records and show you what’s actually under the skin.

And yeah, it’s priced at £19,795.50 — I’m not going to lie, that’s a bit of a chunk, but it’s a car that’s been built to last and feels like it’s been driven properly.

No fluff, no marketing — just a real car I’ve used and cared for. If you’ve ever driven a Golf R, you’ll know what it’s like. If you haven’t, well… you should probably check it out.
