Got this caravan in Moira, Lisburn and Castlereagh District and it’s been a real gem for the past few years. It’s got three bedrooms, two toilets, double glazing, gas central heating, and full wrap decking — really solid for a family or weekend getaways. New carpets and lino were done last year, and the sofa’s been reupholstered so it’s still looking fresh.The site’s open from 1st March to 3rd January, but only weekends from mid-November through Christmas and New Year — after that, you can use it 24/7. No age limit on caravans, so it’s great for anyone. There’s loads going on at the park, plus the owner runs events and gives discounts on food, drinks, and activities — makes it feel like a real community.
I’d really like to sell before the end of August to get some of the 2025 site fees back. If it doesn’t sell by then, I’ll be looking to part with it in October. Just thought I’d share it — no pressure, just hoping someone finds it useful.
