So, I’ve been thinking about this for a while — food vans are seriously on the rise, and honestly, I can’t see why anyone would miss out. I originally bought all this to offer a range of street food, but the fried chicken has taken off so much that I’ve just outgrown it. I’m not selling because I don’t want it — I’m selling because I’ve got a new plan.
