Large Wooden Marquetry Inlay Framed Mirror
Description
Got this mirror a while back as a piece of old furniture I’d always admired – solid fruit wood with a really nice marquetry inlay pattern, looks like it’s been handcrafted. It’s in very good used condition, no dents or damage, just a bit worn around the edges from years of being in the house.I’m downsizing now and don’t need it anymore – it’s a bit heavy, about 20kg, so it needs to be fixed to a solid wall, no weak plaster or flimsy mounting. The frame is 36" wide by 48" tall, and the mirror itself is 21.5" wide by 33.5" tall.
It’s from wishaw, North Lanarkshire – collection from the post code IP9 area. I’ve kept it clean and stored it well, so it’s ready to go wherever you’d like to put it. If you’re interested, just let me know and I’ll sort a time to collect. It’s not cheap, but it’s a solid piece with real character – I’d be happy to share more if you want to see it in person.
