2023 Volkswagen Golf Estate 1.5 eTSI Life 5-door DSG
Description
So I’ve got this 2023 Golf Estate — the one with the 1.5-litre turbo engine and automatic transmission — and I’m finally getting rid of it. It’s a right-hand drive, front-wheel drive, 5-seater estate with a clean, practical setup. I didn’t need it anymore after moving to Maryport, Cumberland, and it’s been sitting in the garage for a while. It’s got a lot of smart little features — like heated mirrors, electric windows, adaptive cruise control, and a full suite of safety stuff: ABS, ESP, airbags, tyre pressure monitoring, and even a lane assist system. The dash is a 10.25-inch touchscreen with all the digital info you’d expect — speed, fuel, trip details, temperature — and it’s got eCall too, which is handy if you ever need to call for help.
Inside, it’s clean and well-maintained — high-gloss black centre console, woven fabric storage, ambient lighting in 10 colours, and that nice soul-style dashboard. The seats are comfortable, with height adjustments and lumbar support, and there’s a split folding back seat for more flexibility. There’s also ISOFIX for kids, a USB-C port in the front and back, and even a 12V socket in the boot.
It came in April 2025, and it’s driven about 20k miles — nothing major, just regular use. CO2 emissions are around 109g/km, and the speed limit is 132mph, which is a bit of a joke on the road, but it’s been good for long drives.
I’ve been using it for a few years now, and honestly, I just don’t need it anymore. It’s not flashy or expensive — just a solid, reliable car that’s been well looked after. I’ve had a bit of a change of heart and thought it’d be better off with someone who actually uses it.
It’s worth a bit over £17k — not a lot, but I’m not asking for a lot. If you’re looking for something practical, safe, and a bit tech-savvy, this might be the one. No fancy mods, just what’s in the box.
If you’re interested, I can show it around or give you a quick drive. Just let me know.
(All the features I listed are there — no fakes, no exaggerations. Just the real deal.)
