2008 Mazda MX-5 2.0i Sport Roadster Convertible
Description
I’m selling my 2008 Mazda MX-5 Roadster — one of those little cars that just feels right when you’re driving it. It’s a 2.0L petrol manual with 160ps, and it’s been through 10 services up to 69k miles, so it’s been well looked after. It’s got 17-inch alloy wheels that look sharp and actually help with how it handles — not just pretty, but practical. The air conditioning works well, so even on a hot day you’re not sweating through the roof. I’ve got a spare key too, which is a nice touch.
Safety features are solid: ABS, TCS, DSC, and airbags front and side. The steering is smooth, and it’s got power-assisted steering, which makes it easy to drive whether you’re in the city or on a twisty road.
Inside, it’s got heated front seats, leather steering wheel, and a decent stereo — single CD player with iPod connectivity, which is still pretty handy. There’s also central locking with remote, electric windows, fog lights, and a limited-slip differential.
I bought it back in 2008 and have driven it regularly since — it’s been a solid companion. The last service was done properly, and it’s been kept in good shape.
It’s sitting in Ferndown, Dorset, and I’ve had it for about 15 years now. The price is £4,941 — it’s not a lot, but it’s a classic little car that’s easy to drive, fun to drive, and just about perfect for weekend drives or a long trip down the coast.
If you’re interested, I’m happy to chat — just give me a call. No pressure, just a real car I’ve actually used.
(PS: I don’t do fancy marketing — this is just how I’ve lived with it, and how I’m letting it go.)
