2021 Mercedes-Benz A-Class 1.3 A250e Plug-in Hybrid
Description
This is my own 2021 Mercedes-Benz A-Class 1.3 A25 T250e — I’ve had it for a couple of years now and it’s been a solid daily driver. It’s been well looked after, with regular servicing and no major issues. The car’s HPI clear, and I’ve had it checked by a proper AA technician who did a full 128-point mechanical inspection — everything passed, no red flags. It’s got the AMG Line styling — titanium grey with that shiny finish, and the 18-inch alloy wheels look sharp. The interior is clean, with the full tech pack: dual-zone climate control, DAB radio, navigation, cruise control, and voice activation (Hey Mercedes). The safety features are solid too — ABS, ESP, lane keep assist, brake assist, and even a pedestrian safety feature that raises the bonnet if it detects a collision.
I’ve kept it in good shape — regular oil changes, battery checks, and I’ve charged it plenty of times, especially in winter. The plug-in hybrid system works well, and I’ve never had any issues with the charging setup — it’s got a wallbox cable and a 3-pin plug, and charges at 7.4kW.
It’s been parked at Chathill, Bamburgh Court, and I’ve only used it for personal trips — no long hauls, just city driving and some weekend getaways. The only thing I’ll say is that I’ve got two keys, but I know Auto Trader lists it with one — if you’re wondering, I can confirm the count when you get in touch.
I’m selling it because I’m moving house and want to upgrade to something a bit more practical. It’s not a luxury car by any stretch, but it’s reliable, quiet, and handles well. The price is £16,915.50 — I’m happy to take a part exchange, or just go with a cash deal. No pressure, just a straightforward sale.
If you’re thinking about buying it, I’d love to chat — no sales talk, just real talk about what it’s like to drive and how it’s held up over time.
